Need 4 full time, temporary, seasonal Agricultural Equipment Operators to work for Boll Family Farms Partnership in Polk and Marshall Counties in MN, and Buxton, ND. From: 05/03/2021 to 11/15/2021 Work: 45 hrs./week, Mon. - Fri. 8 hrs./day, Sat. 5 hrs./day. Applicants may be offered higher than the advertised wage rate due to experience and/or merit. Minnesota Only: All work performed in excess of 48 hours in a work week will be paid at the rate of time and a half. JOB DUTIES: Set-up, operate and maintain farming equipment for planting, spreading fertilizer and harvest. Operate trucks to haul Boll Farms crops and other agricultural commodities from Boll Farms to elevator(s) and storage site(s). Complete general farming duties such as servicing equipment, shop work and maintenance to farm grounds, buildings and equipment. Operate heavy trucks and spreaders to transport and apply fertilizer to Boll Farms fields and other farmers' fields. JOB REQUIREMENTS: (3) months experience; able to lift 75 lbs.; valid CDL; able to perform work requiring exposure to extreme temperatures, extensive pushing, pulling, sitting, walking, stooping, bending over, and repetitive movements; no minimum education required. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance; employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $13.17 per day during travel to a maximum of $55.00 per day with receipts.
