CVS Health Jr Project Manager in Minnesota
The Delivery Manager "DM" will lead the daily oversight of all benefit and clinical work assignments while tracking completion from requirements through production to ensure timelines are being met and associated risks for assigned clients are escalated. The Delivery manager will work cross functionally to complete risk assessments, develop risk log, and mitigation plans. Additionally, the Delivery Manager will engage in high-value projects supporting Performance Guarantee metrics directly associated to timing. Ultimately responsible for leading cross functional/complex projects while completing the future-state vision in a forward-leaning industry. DM will have the responsibility to lead and manage multiple departmental outcomes between internal and external stakeholders resulting in high-level quality assessments and deliverables for the organization. The Delivery Manager is a client problem-solver and will bring innovation solutions for high-profile pharmacy benefit management (PBM) clients.Other responsibilities would include providing full-scope project assistance, delivering standard reporting, completing intake and discovery process for all new project requests and report building.Flexibility is required with work schedule as the DM role works nonconventional hours. 2+ years of recent or current experience in Project or Delivery Management
-Knowledge of Macros, Waterfalls, and Pivot Tables-Analyzing and displaying data visually -Healthcare Knowledge-RxClaim experience-Issue & Risk resolution experience
