Client Position Title: Engineer I Position Number: 339361 Location: Saint Paul, MN 55114 Position Type: Long Term Contract Required Skill Set: Documentation, Engineer Optional Skill Set: Medical device, Product Development Position Description: **C2C is not available** **Only U.S. Citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. can be considered as W2 candidates.** Job Title: Engineer I Start Date: 05/04/2020 End date: 05/01/2021 Location: St. Paul, MN 55114 Works as part of a team performing product development and sustaining work requiring application of standard techniques, procedures and criteria. Work is closely supervised. Responsibilities 1. Performs routine product development and sustaining assignments of related tasks which are typically a focused portion of larger projects following Corporate and division SOP's and policies. 2. Document development work including writing or maintaining technical documentation for product design history files and device master records. 3. Assists in the preparation and participation in technical reviews and responsible for organizing data and preparing appropriate documentation for assigned projects. 4. Own or assist with change control for product development and product sustaining. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required 1. Ability to discuss normally encountered technical or project management issues, both verbally and in written form. 2. Ability to work as a collaborative team member across functions and disciplines. 3. Ability to solve routine technical problems and seeks assistance, when needed. 4. Organizes and completes work assigned. B.S. and 0 - 1 year related experience (in-house, co-op or acquired outside).
