Reichmann Land and Cattle Agricultural Equipment Operators in Villard, Minnesota

Need 5 full time, temporary, seasonal Agricultural Equipment Operators to work for Reichmann Land and Cattle in Villard, MN. From: 04/10/2021 to 12/10/2021 Work: 48 hours per week, Mon. - Sat. 8 hrs./day All hours worked in excess of 48 hours in a work week will be paid at the rate of time and a half. JOB DUTIES: Performs duties like: drive and operate farm machinery to plant, cultivate, harvest and store silage and grain crops. Attach farm implements, such as plow, disc and drill to tractor. Till soil; plant and cultivate grain. Tow harvesting equipment. Drive and operate self-propelled combine. Transport fertilizer. General lubrication, service (check fluids) and mechanical repair to farm machinery. Drive grain trucks to transport crops to elevator or storage area. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Random drug screening and criminal background check required post-hire at employer's expense due to requirements for a CDL. Failure to pass drug screen and/or criminal background check will result in termination of employment. Must be able to lift 60 lbs. Minimum of (3) months experience required. Must be able to obtain a CDL within 30-90 days of hire. No minimum education required. Must Apply By: 08/11/2021 EMPLOYER ASSURANCES: Work guaranteed for 3/4 of contract period, starting with date of arrival at work site. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance; employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $12.68 per day during travel to a maximum of $55.00 per day with receipts.
